Production and Shipping
How long until my order is shipped?
- All RórinLo items are hand-packed and shipped out within 1-2 business days from our LA warehouse. If your order is placed past 1pm EST time on Friday, your order will be shipped the following week. Please allow extra time around holidays. We will always let you know if your orders are taking longer than expected!
When will I receive my order (within the US)?
- If you have chosen Priority Shipping, you will receive your order within 3-5 business days.
- 2-Day Shipping: 1-2 business days.
- Next Day Shipping: 1 business day.

Can I order the item as a gift?
- Of course! Please select gift wrapping for a flat fee of $5.00 at the Cart.
- You may also add a gift note at the Cart and we will include it for you.
- We can also send the order directly to the recipient's address. Simply fill in the “Shipping Address” section at checkout with the recipient’s address.
- Gift-wrapped orders' receipts are always emailed directly to you and will never be included in the package.
- Do you offer international shipping?
- Yes! We welcome International orders and shipping costs are calculated on checkout based on your location and shipping method.

- Please note, international orders are subject to duties and taxes, based on your country and may vary.
- Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and we are not able to provide an estimate on the fees.
- How do I track my order? / Help! My package has not arrived or is lost!
- Please check your tracking information in the shipping confirmation email. This email is automatically emailed to you after we ship out your order.
- Transit time may greatly vary depending on weather, holidays, COVID-19, and other factors. Please be patient and check the tracking number for updates.
- We are not responsible for any delays or missing of your package. Please contact the courier by which your order was shipped. However, you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to assist you.
Exchanges and Returns
My item doesn’t fit. What can I do?
- The easiest way to exchange your item for a different size is to return the item, and place a new order for the correct size.
- The item must be unworn with original stickers and packaging. If your return is approved, your card will be automatically refunded via the original payment method.
What is your Return Policy?
- Non-custom items: We accept returns on all orders within 7 days for a full refund and orders 7-14 days of receiving your item for store credit. Items must be unworn and sticker/all wrappings/packaging is intact. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
- Customized items: All items with custom engraving are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of these items we are not able to offer a refund unless there is an issue or mistake with the item. However, we do want you to love your item, so please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to assist you.
How long does it take to process my return?
- Once we received the item back at our warehouse, it may take up to 5-7 days to process your return.
- Refunds typically take 10 business days to appear on your credit card or PayPal statement.

What materials do you use?
- We use high-quality gold-plated copper for most of our jewelry, along with some synthetic jewels. These look and feel luxurious while remaining affordable and appropriate for every day wear.

Absolutely! We use authentic pearls that are high quality.
